pricingThe prices quoted upon initial consultation are specifically for providing audio/music only for events (e.g. Weddings). If you require other services such as running sound for a band, recording, karaoke, etc., we may work that out in a separate conversation.
LIGHTS ARE NOW AVAILABLE! I use Lixada 105W LED Lights (Moving Heads) Currently up to two (2) available, but more are being added regularly! Payment will be done via invoicing through PayPal thus giving you, the host, the option to pay in many forms. All events require a 3-hour minimum. A non-refundable deposit of 20% reserves the date of your event and will be applied to the total cost. I will work a maximum of 8 hours in a day. If you overestimate your time yet finish early, you will be charged for the entire time agreed upon. In such an instance where an event may end early, there will be no partial payment. All services will be paid for ahead of time. Time begins as soon as I am capable of providing music. In other words, I do not charge for my set-up or break-down time. But when I am able to start providing music for your event, the clock starts ticking! When you, the host, tell me to cut the music, my working time ends there, and I will begin to break down my equipment. I require at least one hour to set up, but I prefer two hours if your event allows. You are NOT charge for set up or breakdown time. |
Equipment ListHarbinger V2212 Powered Speakers (Set of 2) - Plenty of power. Great disbursement of sound when either mounted on a stand or wedged pointing upward. The clarity of these these speakers provide enough crisp high-end and bumping low-end sound to keep your party moving!
Kustom PA50 (Up to 2) - Great as monitors or as their own satellite system if your ceremony is in a different location than the reception. In certain circumstances, these little speakers are great to extend sound to places that might be hard to reach. But don't let their size fool you... These powered speakers pack a punch! Kustom Subwoofer - A good subwoofer can add that "club" feel to a reception. By adding a sub to the system, your guests will be sure to feel the beat as they party the night away. Mics and Stands - Wireless mics for general announcements are a must for any occasion. Lucky for you, they are provided! Digital Mixer - State of the art digital mixing with onboard FX. Being able to mix your sound remotely ensures that everything sounds great and can be tested from any spot in the area. |
Flow of EventsThe flow of events is important to plan ahead of time. Of course, you are in control of how things are going to go, but if you need some assistance, here is a recommended order of events to execute a 3.5 - 4.5 hour reception.
This particular flow of events is easily editable. Furthermore, other ideas are available upon request. But remember, this is YOUR big night, and things should go exactly the way you want them to. So do not hesitate to rewrite this itinerary! |
